I have been planning a large steel outbuilding build for over 3 years. After extensive research considering using metal tubular frame, red steel frame or traditional wood frame I decided to go with wood. Keim Construction was one of the few local contractors who was highly recommended by a very trustworthy contractor I have worked with in the past. I reached out to the 3 contractors who were recommend and after getting back quotes and speaking with the owners I decided to go with Keim Construction. Leroy the owner was very thorough when it came to preparing his quote and was willing to discuss any and all details I wanted to go over including building frame construction, exterior metal gauges and colors, and projected start and completion time. Leroy's quote seemed very fair and comparable to the other quotes I received. Once we finally got a start date scheduled and a deposit was submitted Leroy was still available to text or call about details about the build, any questions that I thought up of prior to the build and some minor changes I made. Materials showed up on time and the build went without a single issue. Their quality of work and attention to every detail was very clear and stood out during the building and after it was completed. Leroy and his crew showed a very high skill set and knowledge of building construction completing the build in a surprisingly efficient time frame. I was so satisfied with the finished product I had him build a loft at a later date in the same building. Needles to say the loft came out amazing and exactly how I designed it and with it being a custom design Leroy patiently worked with me through every detail. If I have any large projects in the future Keim Construction will be the first call I make.

Leroy was very professional , timely, honest and prompt to communicate with us .
The contract was thorough and simple to complete .
The crew did a terrific job , worked hard , completed job in a short time . The cleanup was impressive and the workmanship excellent .

Leroy and his crew of has done a lot of work for us over the last few years. They have built my shop from start to finish and put on siding on our new home. Always great work and much faster than most contractors. He is the only company we will use!!!

Working with Perry and his team to build our 36’x48’ shop was a great experience. Especially in an area where it is hard to get reliable contractors. Perry was always prompt to respond to calls and questions during the whole process. The level of craftsmanship is top notch with their buildings!

These guys built my garage and porch and did an excellent job. Best construction company in the area!
